Having travelled around the world, practicing and teaching – Alex brings experience with a diverse range styles to enhance your practice and push past any limiting boundaries.

Sequences follow a holistic approach; encompassing setting and getting clear on your intention, conscious breathing, warm up moves, balancing poses, a strong warrior section, a strengthening floor series focusing on the core and back body, ending with gentle stretches to lead you into a deep savasana or meditation.
